Full title reads: “BIRMINGHAM HOSPITAL’S CENTRE - Prince of Wales lays foundation stone and cuts first sod for new Medical School.“ Birmingham, West Midlands. Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII, Duke of Windsor) walking with Mayor of Birmingham to lay a foundation stone to Birmingham’s new Hospital Centre.
