Hi guys! I’ve already shared my leg day workout with you so I thought it was time to share my upper body workout! :) I love doing this workout 1-2 times per week to make sure my arms are strong, toned and ready for summer or whatever I have coming up.
Remember, I did this workout with trainer but I myself am not a trainer! If you want to try any of these moves, I encourage you to do your homework, research or have someone help you with your form.
