Knife Making: Gyuto Chef’s Knife DIY

Watch how I made this chef’s knife! It’s a western Gyuto (full tang gyuto) made of 1070 high carbon steel with burlap micarta-ebony-red hardwood handle and red vulcanized fiber spacers.
