Stability Ball Exercises for Seniors & Beginners // Fun Workout with Dumbbells

Fun 20 minute workout using a balance / stability ball! We will work our entire body in a seated position. There will be NO rolling back or any floor work! If you do not have a big ball you can do most of the exercises in a seated position in a chair. Light hand weights can also be used for the arm strength section of the workout. This workout is fun and easy to follow at your own pace. It includes exercises that are wonderful for the hips and lower back. The wider to step your legs out, the more stable or better balance you will have. If your legs are set more narrow it will be more of a challenge. Make the workout your own!
