½ yellow onion
3 garlic cloves, halved
2 qts tomato puree
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup fresh basil leaves
Zucchini:
4 lbs zucchini
1½ cups all-purpose flour
4 extra large eggs
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Olive oil for frying
½- ¾ cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
12-16 oz shredded whole milk mozzarella
