IAIDO demonstration with Japanese sword 5 KATA - Defense, Offense, Sitting, Standing

I demonstrate IAI Kata with a real Japanese sword I want to introduce what i have studied of some of IAI. The five KATA in this video are from three schools of IAIDO. I chose them to show a variety of moves.
