Последовательность на все тело, включает работу во всех плоскостях. Асаны на устойчивость, вытяжение, балансы на руках, а также перевернутые позы. Уровень open level предусматривает возможные упрощения и усложнения одной и той же асаны в зависимости от уровня подготовки ученика.

Эка Рада раджа капотасана, вишвамитрасана, ашва санчаласана, каундиниасана, пинча маюрасана, саламба ширшасана, випарита карани.
