These movements help relieve tension in the face, train facial muscles upward, increase circulation (which feeds collagen and skin cells lots of oxygen), and moves some lymph out of the skin. With one hand gently placed on the forehead, slide the thumb with medium pressure underneath the cheekbone and end up by the temple. With your other hand, start by the chin, use two fingers to push the side of the mouth up into the bottom of the cheekbone. Your fingers should end right where it feels most sensitive under the cheek - that’s the spot that relieves stress in the face. Then take your index finger down from the side of the nose and slide it under the cheekbone (with medium pressure) while your two middle fingers gently glide over the top of the skin to carry waste to the side of the face. I do this 3x a week with a light oil on the skin.
