Anton Antipov - Partial chest workout

Missing the first half of the workout, I started with smith incline press, then cable flyes, then dips and what followed is what was recorded, felt very sluggish and didn’t want to go heavier than 95lbs on dumbbell incline presses, plus I put them in the middle of my workout after I went all out on smith machine. I like to use slow tempo and control the weight.
