Liberia. Various shots of the Liberians dancing in traditional costumes as the African band is playing. People walking around and watching the dancers. A car carrying several dignitaries arrives. Various shots of the dignitaries walking along lines of crowd. This is most probably footage of the Liberian President William V. S. Tubman visiting remote villages during the independence celebrations. Plane arriving at the airport and several black men leave it.
