📈This is a follow along speed ladder workout that can help soccer players looking to improve their quick feet and coordination! KEY COACHING POINTS: ✅Stay on the balls of your feet ✅Ensure your arms are coordinated and always moving ✅Keep your feet light and make soft contact with the ground ✅Land softly ✅Focus on foot speed without sacrificing technique ✅Stay off your heels Doing this workout regularly will help soccer players with “heavy feet“ improve their quickness and coordination! The workout was created and delivered by Pro Fitness Trainer Jesse Asiedu.
