Biblical rains hit California! Monstrous flooding in San Diego!

Extreme weather continues to impact the United States. Yesterday the second largest city in California, San Diego, suffered floods. The amount of precipitation was record high. It was the rainiest January day on record in the city. The mayor of San Diego declared a state of emergency “due to heavy rainfall and flash flooding.“ Authorities urged residents and visitors to stay off the roads. Residents post videos of the natural disaster on social networks. There were no reports of casualties. San Diego is a city in the southwestern United States on the Pacific Ocean. The population is 1.3 million people.
