The basic dough for a good focaccia is always the same: flour, yeast, olive oil and water. Then stuff it with the ingredients of your choice, today I used ricotta cheese and canned tuna. It turned out delicious. We can prepare it in advance and eat it at room temperature. Very soft to melt in your mouth with a stuffed pizza consistency: amazing! Ingredients for the dough ⬇️ 500 g di farina / 4 cups of flour 9 g di lievito di birra secco / 2 tsp dry yeast 9 g di sale / 1 tsp salt 9 g di zucchero / 1 tsp sugar 350 ml di acqua / 1.4 cup warm water 20 ml olio di olive/ 4 tbsp olive oil ❗This dough remains very watery, a characteristic that makes focaccia soft and airy.❗ For The Filling ⬇️ 200 g di ricotta / 200 g di ricotta 1 scatoletta di tonno / 1 can of tuna 100 g di formaggio a piacere / 100 g of cheese as desired Tomatoes, sweet peppers, olives and mozzarella on top of focaccia.
