30 MIN SILENT HIIT Cardio | No Jumping, Apartment Friendly

This 30 minute fat burning HIIT workout has NO SQUATS, NO LUNGES, and NO JUMPING. This is to save your knees as well as your neighbors (if you live above anyone). This workout is perfect to do any time of the day given you have 30 minutes available. Both the warm up and cool down are included so you have all you need in this video. As you do this workout, focus on your breath. Keep breathing nice deep breaths to help with your endurance. And make sure you have a bottle of water next to you. We have 2 water breaks during this workout. This workout is perfect for beginners, but any level of fitness is welcome to complete this workout!
