30 Min Full Body Resistance Band workout | No repeats | Beginner Friendly | Warm Up & Cool Down
This session will focus on full body strength using 3 x long resistance bands and 1 x mini band. Beginner friendly workout that can be done with weights instead of bands too! We won’t be repeating any of the exercises to keep it fun and engaging! This 30 minute workout will include a warm up & cool down that is specific to the workout. ENJOY GUYS!
