40 MIN BACK & ARMS Workout - Upper Body | Dumbbells Workout at Home
This workout is for your back and arms. Each upper body circuit includes three different dumbbell exercises that will be repeated 2 times each. Today, building the muscles of the Back & Arms with dumbbells. We have 40 minutes of training.

🔹 Equipment: Dumbbells (I’m using 2 x 5 and 7.5 each )
🔹 Time: 40 min
Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 45 seconds, but. remember that we are all individuals, work out at your pace and take breaks if necessary.
