Butter * 1 to 2 cups Chopped Pecans * 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract * 2 tbsp. Allulose Ice Cream * 3 cups Heavy Cream * 1/2 cup Allulose * 2 tsp. Pecan Extract Instructions: 1. Toast pecans by adding all pecan-filling ingredients to a pan on medium heat. Cook until the allulose has caramelized and the mixture is golden brown and set aside to cool slightly. 2. Add all ice cream ingredients to a stand mixer with a whisk attachment. Blend on high speed until stiff peaks (whipped cream) form. 3. Fold in pecan mixture. 4. Freeze for 6 hours.
