Here’s how you can reduce/relieve neck stiffness and neck tension with a super simple exercise in just 1 minute! Give it a try! This will change your nervous system, which will change your movement!
Exercise starts: 051
First, sit on a chair without leaning against backrest and close your eyes and slowly turn your head to right a few times and to left a few times to notice how smoothly and easily your head turns to right and left. After you do an actual exercise, you check how your head turns to right and left. This is a reference movement before an exercise so you can feel a difference before and after exercise.
What change did you notice? Did you gain range of motion? Wonder why it changed with such a simple exercise?? It is because your nervous system just learned a new movement pattern (non-habitual pattern)! So the real change is in the brain, not in the muscles!
When you start connecting with YOUR BODY and move slowly and pay attention to your body, you will start to understand YOUR BODY and optimal movement and posture for YOUR BODY from the inside out, in a way no one can understand.
