15 Min Pilates Workout ON WALL with Dumbbells (No Repeat)
Today we have a 15 min Pilates workout on wall with dumbbells. This is a low impact full body workout designed to help you burn fat and tone your whole body with dumbbells and the wall. Grab a pair of dumbbells that are heavy enough to create strong resistance but not too heavy that you cant finish 12 reps. I hope you enjoy this wall pilates workout with dumbbells!
