Join us for a discussion with Johns Hopkins SAIS Alumnus Ali Vaez, Director of the Iran Program at International Crisis Group, and Dina Esfandiary, ISP Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center on the current geopolitical situation concerning Iran in light of the Trump administration’s “Maximum Pressure” campaign. The discussion, moderated by Johns Hopkins SAIS Professor Narges Bajoghli, will feature reflections on the Iran Nuclear Deal (JCPOA), the prospects of current international initiatives and future negotiations, as well as the risks of further escalation between Iran and the US.
