Let’s sweat, burn calories and feel amazingly strong after! This is metabolic strength training workout with heavy dumbbells and cardio burst. This metabolic workout is a great training for women and men, beginner or advanced fitness level students.
For this strength training workout, you will need a pair of heavy dumbbell and your mat!
We will begin with a cardio warm up and will continue with 2 blocks of strength training. Your first block is your unilateral exercises training, and your second block is your full body strength. We will finish strong with legs, abs and obliques finisher.
The dumbbells I am using today for your reference are 10 lbs, 12 lbs and 15 lbs sets (each dumbbell)
