Treating Palatally Impacted U3 by Open Window surgery and Aligners｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC784

[case report] This presentation features the treatment of an impacted U3. First, identify the exact location of the impacted tooth by CBCT scan and extract 63. Then use electrocautery to perform open window surgery to expose 23. Finally scan for the sequent aligner therapy. 本篇報告描述了以open window手術來暴露U3阻生齒，再以aligners將牙齒拉到正確的咬合位置。首先透過CBCT來確定阻生齒的精確位置，再拔除＃63騰出空間，並使用電刀進行open window surgery來暴露#23，最後再掃描製作aligners排齊。
