Back by popular demand here is a STANDING PILATES 20 MINUTE WORKOUT!! Join me in this total body no equipment at home pilates routine. In this video we will warm up, lengthen, strengthen and tone those muscles in the full body workout section and finish by cooling it down with some stretches. With easy to follow instructions and motivation anyone can do this workout from beginner to advanced.
