Homemade fresh. Fresh calf and pig is one of the ancient traditional Ukrainian dishes. Our great-grandmothers used to prepare it for major holidays, Easter holidays simply couldn’t do without it. Today, you won’t surprise anyone with this delicacy, but I hope the recipe will come in handy. I prepared this dish only from meat, although my grandmother always added lard to it in slices and at the end of frying - liver. It is also very tasty, but, as they say, for an amateur. Well, and the opportunity to experiment. When the holiday season comes in our family (and this is the end of winter-spring), we buy and butcher a pig or a calf. This process is not easy, I personally take part in it. And the first cut piece of meat must be cooked immediately. This recipe has recently become popular. We liked the freshness of A dish being prepared in a pan. In some ways, it tastes like a shish kebab. However, it is not allowed to call the dish a kebab.
