This 30-minute indoor walking routine is perfect to do at home! Lose weight while walking and tone up your arms with my exercises in-between!! If you cannot do any of the exercises, or are unable to keep you arms up, ITS OKAY! Just keep your feet moving!
This is a 30-minute walking routine, combined with arm toning exercises to sculpt your arms!!
This workout is perfect for beginners but also a great boost for anyone at any level of fitness. Getting cardio in at least 2-3 times a week can speed up the rate at which you reach your goals!
This workout helps burn calories and increases your endurance. This video is a simple and easy way for you to walk indoors, even when the weather is bad.
The workout is completely quiet so you won’t be bothering your neighbours and can even do it with a baby sleeping next door!
