STorM32 BGC: 32-bit 3-axis brushless gimbal controller

As part of my efforts to build a 3 axis micro brushless gimbal I also got into developping my own firmware and hardware. I eventually ended up using STM32 32-bit microcontroller (which as it seems everyone does now LOL), and the results of that you see here.
