“Buckwheat Bread. Gluten-Free/ No Yeast/ Vegan-Friendly“

Ingredients:
✅ 500 g unroasted buckwheat
✅ 10 g salt
✅ 1 tsp ground coriander
Optional:
🔸 70 g sunflower seeds
🔸 15 g flaxseeds
🔸 45 g raisins or dried cranberries
🔸 30 g pumpkin seeds
🔸 5 g sesame seeds
Instructions:
1️⃣ Thoroughly rinse the unroasted buckwheat and cover it with water, ensuring the water level is 1 cm above the buckwheat.
2️⃣ Cover the buckwheat with a towel and let it sit at room temperature for 7-8 hours.
3️⃣ Rinse the buckwheat
