十三拳 · Shi San Quan / Shísān quán, literally translated as 13 Fists / Punches is an introductory form to learn the basic postures and principles and elements that you will encounter throughout the majority of all Shaolin Fist Forms. It is an elementary Kung Fu Form and because of it’s simplicity it is suitable for anyone who would like to get a taste of the body mechanics and movement patterns that will also appear in advanced Shaolin Fist Forms.
