Here’s a simple stretching/mobility routine you can do after your workouts: 1. Narrow Squat/Standing Fold x 10 reps 2. Roll Back/Seated Fold x6 3. Side to Side Pigeon Stretch x 20 on each leg 4. Pancake Walk x 10 5. Up Dog/ Down Dog x 10 6. Thoracic Bridge x 10 7. Laying Spine Twist on each side
