Here is a workout for those who have asked for glutes routines. This one is simple, 4 total exercises, 2 focused on power, and 2 more on strength. Low amount of reps but as all my routines, a killer :) Please send me your feedbacks, and if you want me to focus on a specific muscle, let me know, and I’ll think a great workout to share with all of you.
