Apple Peeling Jelly

If you are using lots of apples for any recipe, save the cores and peelings to make delicious apple peeling jelly. It is as simple as cooking the peels and cores down to extract the juice, flavor and pectin, then using the resulting juice in the regular jelly-making process.
