Meatball Ingredients 1lb Lean Ground Beef 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs 1 Tbsp Parsley 1/4 tsp All Spice 1/4 tsp Nutmeg 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/8 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp Salt 1 Egg Sauce Ingredients 4 Tbsp Butter 3 Tbsp Flour 2 Cups Beef Broth 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp Mustard Directions: Preheat your oven to 400 Fahrenheit.
