Vir Saves 2,000 Narns

As the Centauri Ambassador to Minbar, Vir used his power to save 2,000 Narn, who were being persecuted in a war by his own government. This appears to be somewhat based on the story of Japanese diplomat Chiune Sugihara, who signed transit visas in Lithuania for more than 6,000 Jews in 1940, getting them to safety.
