Статическое упражнение в котором работают мышцы ног. Становимся в положение седа (как в приседниях), спина прогнута. Если тяжело - можем опирется спиной в стену. Задача - стоять максимально неподвижно, удерживая мышцы ног в напряжении за счет упора в пятку и прогиба в пояснице.
