CAC Wirraway The trainer/fighter/bomber - Flying Facts Series

The CAC Wirraway was initially built as a trainer and general purpose military aircraft for the Royal Australian Air Force from 1939-1946. With the advent of WWII the Wirraway’s general purpose design was definitely utilised in a variety of purposes The aircraft featured (VH-WWY) is one of only four currently flying at present. This aircraft is a regular air show performer and an adventure flight option.
