Qigong Body Massage For Headaches, Neck & Shoulders Tension
One of my favourites techniques for muscle tension relief is a Qigong body massage. Simple yet effective it helps to release tension in the neck & shoulders within minutes, help with headaches and improve blood flow to the brain so we can think clearer and feel more alert.
This short practice is suitable for daily use or anytime when you need a quick fix to release tension from the upper back and feel better.
