🚀One of the many causes of anterior shoulder pain can be tendinopathy of the proximal pec tendons or long head of the biceps. This type of shoulder pathology will typically respond well to eccentric loading and T spine mobility.

☠️Our focus here is active mobilization and stretching, eccentric lengthening, and t spine rotation. I don’t always have names for my exercises as many of them are kind of made up iterations of other ones and things I put together on the fly.
