Inchworm w Hand Release Push Up

Start in a standing position. Reach down towards the toes. Touch the ground, then while maintaining as straight of legs as possible, walk the hands out to a tall plank position. Do the first half of a push up to lower the chest to the ground. Once the chest is on the ground release the hands and pull the elbows as far back as possible while squeezing the shoulder blades together. Place the hands down and push up to the tall plank position. Push the hips up and back then walk the hands back towards the toes. Once touching the toes, return to a standing position.
