Welcome to your 25 minute BARRE AND PILATES INSPIRED mat workout for a full body routine. I’ve also included a super quick warm up and cool down. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. All you need is a light set of dumbbells which we will use for several of the exercises. Today I’ll be using 3lb weights.
