Bodyweight 175 lbs. I have had the goal of a double bodyweight chinup for a long time but this is the first time getting it. Using blast straps or rings for chinups allows your shoulders to move through a more natural range of motion which can be helpful to ward off shoulder pain.
Also note the great music in the background. The joys of the commercial gym.
