BALLETICS Cardio Fitness Class - Ballet meets Athletics

Lara Mauermeier and Daniel Gärtner combine ballet with athletic moves such as skippings, plyojumps and interval training in this fitness concept. An intense full-body workout for endurance, strength and coordination. The workout lasts 50 minutes and consists of the following parts. This way we can improve our strength endurance as well as strengthen our deep muscles and thereby improve our posture. To top it all off, the cardio drills will make us sweat. This full body workout is ideal for home because you don’t need any equipment. In addition, Myself proves that you need absolutely no experience in ballet to do this workout. No matter if beginner, advanced or professional, thanks to the different levels of difficulty there is something for everyone.
