INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons (20g) chia seeds
½ cup (120mL) water
½ cup (56g) coconut flour
1 tablespoon (6g) whole psyllium husk
¼ teaspoon (1g) salt
¼ teaspoon () garlic powder (optional)
2 tablespoons (30mL) melted coconut oil or any oil of choice
¼ cup (60mL) hot water
-Bloom the chia seeds with water for about 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly.
-Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 20-30 minutes.
*Roll the dough as thinly as possible for crunchier results.
