1 Butterfly kick, 1 breaststroke pull, 1 breaststroke kick. The most important thing is to keep your body tight and in a horizontal position. Your streamline should be extremely compact. You only have one butterfly kick so make it count by doing a strong one. Your arms will pull as much water as possible and will come down to the sides of your body. From there you must shrug your shoulders and pause a little bit. Now you will recover your arms the closest way to your body as possible. The kick goes at the same time as the recovery of the arms.
