25 min ARMS Dumbbell Workout | Biceps Triceps Superset + ABS

In this 25 min ARMS Dumbbell Workout | Biceps Triceps Superset ABS, we will perform 5 supersets targeting biceps and triceps for 2 rounds in a row. Each movement will be performed for 40 seconds with 15 to 20 seconds of rest in between. At the end of the workout, we will do 6 consecutive abdominal exercises. Let’s Go! The dumbbells that I am using are: 2x18kg (Red color on the screen) 2x10kg (yellow color on the screen) 2x5kg (Green color on the screen) The Gear that I am using: You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells.
