Kelly Gale’s 15 Min arm & shoulder workout. Hi guys, I’m going to show you a home arm and shoulder workout, I usually use 1 to 2 (half to 1 kilogram) pound weights but if you don’t have any weights at home then there are a lot of things around the house you can use instead like these peeled tomato cans.
