Spread the spices on all sides.
Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Fry the fillet on one side for 1-2 minutes.

Sauté the onion for 1-2 minutes until soft.
2 cloves of garlic.
Add garlic to onion and sauté

Add 10g baking powder.
Mix.
100g grated cheese.
