It can become much easier ✅ Working on both knee and hip mobility is key for this to work ☝🏽 It’s important to remember though, when you’re working on mobility- don’t force a range that your joint is not ready for ⚠️ Ease into the movement. It may take time to allow your muscles to relax and access a new range of motion ✨ Whether you have knee arthritis, hip arthritis or joint stiffness for another reason- movement can be incredibly powerful to help unlock the joint 🔓 Make sure these movements feel good.
