This qigong practice can be done anytime of the year, but targets the organs and meridian lines associated with winter and the element of water, or the kidneys and urinary tract. It can be repeated as many times as you’d like and is safe for anyone except perhaps those with serious back injury. Originally done for The Source Clinic, it’s narrated by Aaron Deemer (my husband). It is very nourishing for the kidneys and can help replenish depleted energy, move stagnant qi and quiet overactive qi.
