45-Minute Stick Mobility Workout by Ray Bailey #16 - Legs, Hip Strength, Lateral Line Stretching
Full-body 45-minute mobility workout #16 with Stick Mobility Coach Ray Bailey featuring three parts: Joint Mobilization, Strength Training, and Deep Fascial Stretching. In #16 Ray takes you through some RDL drills, a 90/90 stretch, the Bird Dog, some lunges, and the bow and arrow with a little rotational stretching mixed in before finishing up with the Snake and Reach. You’ll need two long sticks (6-7ft) and a short stick (4-5ft) for this workout, a knee pad to kneel on for some drills, a wall, squat rack, or doorframe, to anchor the stick into, and an elevated surface of some kind like a bench, chair, or stool.
